METHOD MMA is hosting an class with the one and only Jozef Chen, an AL LEONE sponsored athlete and the 2023 ADCC European Trial Winner!
Jozef Chen will be leading 4 classes focusing on different BJJtechniques and sharing his logic behind these moves.
The session will be held at METHOD MMA Jing’An and Pudong on October gth – 12th.

lozef Chen is a 19-year-old grappler of both South Africarand Chinese descent. He is a brown belt under Craig Jones.
Described as a grappling prodigy, he first came to train at BTeam at 17 years of age and quickly became a fixture on themats, training for up to three months at a time at least threetimes a day.
Jozef Chen took third place at the ADCC Asia & OceaniaTrials in Australia in the -77kg division.
He won the 2022 IBJJF Pan No-Gi Championship as a purplebelt. Jozef Chen submitted Derek Rayfield of 1oth Planet onWNO with a Z-lock.
