Recently, our Method MMA gym in Shanghai was visited by UFC stars Aljamain Sterling and reigning champion Merab Dvalishvili. The visit took place a week before the big Shanghai UFC event, where Aljamain was scheduled to compete on August 23rd.

Since they needed to prepare for the tournament, they dropped by our gym earlier—on the Monday of the previous week. Aljamain mainly interacted with fans and shared some advice, while Merab held a small training session with our students. They were also accompanied by UFC fighter Dennis Buzukja.

We are delighted to have hosted such guests and to give our athletes a unique chance to engage and train with top-level MMA talent. We look forward to seeing everyone at our future events!
